Join us on August 13 as we welcome back whisky expert and author Rob Gard for an evening of education featuring a journey through the nuances and complexities of Scotch whisky. We will see (and taste!) how different whiskies created at the same place can change tremendously based on subtle factors. We’ll also learn about the processes that take place behind the scenes that have helped make whisky one of the fastest growing spirits in the world. Support a great cause and have a great time by joining us on August 13.

The Children’s Music Fund’s mission is to provide Music Therapy and Musical Instruments to children with life altering conditions. Proceeds from from this event will help expand our program to more local children and hospitals.

Robert L. Gard is a former Los Angeles newspaper editor and a respected whisky expert, Rob’s columns and reviews have appeared in Whisky Magazine, Patterson’s Beverage Journal, and The Tasting Panel. He also writes for his own website, whiskyguyrob.com. Rob’s pieces have been described as “writing beyond the liquid.” His memoir/travelogue, “Distilling Rob: Manly Lies and Whisky Truths” was released in 2013 to great acclaim.
