daLinda Cohen is a C-suite advisor, board member and strategy consultant. Ms. Cohen currently serves as a board member and compensation committee member for Transom Consulting Group — a growth strategy consultancy formed by former McKinsey consultants — and sister company Transom M&A Services, a provider of buy-side and sell-side investment banking services. Prior to assuming the board role, she was a partner at both Transom entities. Before joining Transom, Ms. Cohen founded and remains the managing partner of GlobalVision Consulting Ser­vices, which provides strategy expertise to consumer products, financial services and telecom clients. Earlier in her career, she focused on branding and marketing as a consultant with The Cambridge Group, as vice president of marketing at Whole­some Kidfoods Company, and in product management at Sara Lee Corporation. Ms. Cohen began her career in consulting, working as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company and as an IT consultant with Arthur Anderson & Co. (now Accenture). She earned her MBA at Harvard Business School and completed a 2018 HBS executive education program on board governance. Ms. Cohen holds a bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Illinois and is a FINRA Registered Representative (investment banking Series 63 and 79). Active in her community, she was recently selected to serve as a member of the Thousand Oaks California Investment Review Committee. She co-chaired a revitalization committee for the village of Clarendon Hills, Illinois and served as President and Board Chair for HJWC, a 250-member organization that raised approximately $200,000 annually for local charities. She was President and Board Chair for two PTO organizations. Currently she serves as Section Fundraising Chair for Harvard Business School. Ms. Cohen supports the mission of Children’s Music Fund and contributes to its accelerated growth by focusing on strategic planning, finance/audit oversight, and fundraising.
