Board Chairperson

Ronda Grech is Children’s Music Fund’s Board Chairperson and has been a board member since 2016.

She has extensive experience in strategic planning, corporate marketing, human resources, and investor relations & communications. Her professional experience includes over 20 years in the semiconductor industry, Most recently serving as the Vice President, Corporate Marketing for Semtech Corporation, where she lead the strategic planning and implementation of global branding, communication, philanthropic marketing, and events. She was also the Chair of the Women’s Leadership Council and served on committees of two technology alliances.

Prior to joining Semtech, she was a member of the executive leadership team at Vitesse Semiconductor where she simultaneously held three roles: Vice President, Corporate Communications, Vice President of Investor Relations and Vice President of Human Resources and also was the management liaison to the board of the directors for the Nominating & Corporate Governance and Compensation Committees. She has worked as a senior strategist in the technology and communications industries. Her previous nonprofit service includes fundraising roles for the Starlight Children’s Foundation, the Arthritis Foundation, and the American Cancer Society.
