Kandra Lopez
Board MemberKandra Lopez joined the board of Children’s Music Fund in 2024 and serves on the Development Committee. She is a globally-recognized leader in the experiential marketing industry and currently serves as the Head of Global Experiential & Events at TikTok. As the founding member and department architect, Kandra has scaled her team into a world-wide, multi-division operation delivering groundbreaking campaigns that redefine how brands and consumers connect with culture. Before joining TikTok, Kandra spent five years at Hulu and Disney in a series of senior roles where she led strategy and production across a wide range of high-profile initiatives. Earlier in her career, Kandra held roles at NBCUniversal, ICM Partners, and Warner Brothers. Her work has earned multiple industry honors, including Clio, Shorty, Promax, and BizBash awards. Four years ago, Kandra took on her most meaningful role yet as “Mom” – a role that brings her profound joy and shapes how she leads, creates, and builds meaningful connections in both her professional and personal life.
Growing up, Kandra spent over 15 years traveling the world as a dedicated member of a dance company and later studied Dance at the University of Arizona, rated among the top five dance schools in the country. Her lifelong connection to the art of movement has sparked a deep love for music – an influence that fuels her commitment to the mission of Children’s Music Fund. As a board member, Kandra is excited to raise awareness about the therapeutic power of music for children, and model the power of giving back to her own children.
